Types of Sessions
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your experiences, goals, and needs. Whether you are navigating an eating disorder, struggling with body image, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to help.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and life experiences. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate challenges in a way that feels meaningful and manageable for you. Our work together is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of eating disorder concerns, as well as those who feel stuck in a difficult relationship with food, exercise, or their body.
My approach to eating disorder treatment is grounded in evidence-based care and individualized to each person. We’ll work together to understand what is keeping you stuck, build practical skills for recovery, and create changes that can carry into your everyday life.

Our relationship with our bodies can affect the way we eat, move, connect with others, and experience everyday life. If body dissatisfaction or body image distress is taking up more space than you'd like, therapy can provide a place to explore those experiences without judgment.
Together, we can work toward a more flexible and compassionate relationship with your body and yourself.

Anxiety can make everyday experiences feel overwhelming, while OCD can create cycles of intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and behaviors that are difficult to step away from.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), to help clients better understand these patterns and develop skills for responding to them in new ways.
Support Sessions
Sometimes therapy needs to be a little different.
Support sessions are designed for times when you may benefit from focused support around a specific challenge, transition, or area of recovery. These sessions can provide additional space to process what is happening, work through barriers, and reconnect with the skills and strategies that support your goals.
Group Therapy
Group therapy can offer something individual therapy can't: the opportunity to feel less alone.
Groups may focus on specific areas of support and will vary in size, focus, and format. Pricing will depend on the group.

Working With Families & Loved Ones
Recovery doesn't happen in isolation.
When appropriate, I welcome the involvement of parents, partners, family members, and other loved ones in the therapeutic process. This can be especially important when supporting someone through eating disorder recovery.
Family involvement may look different for every person. Together, we'll determine what kind of support is helpful while keeping your individual needs and goals at the center of our work.
