Finding your ground is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. It speaks to finding stability, trust in yourself and a sense of safety in your body and in your life, especially when food, body image and rigid rules have made it difficult to feel grounded. Finding your ground doesn't mean you have everything figured out, but that you are gaining awareness, learning the tools and increasing self-compassion to feel more present, connected and rooted in who you are.

Yes, it is very important to me to work closely with those involved in your care including dietitians, doctors, and psychiatrists. I will also assess for appropriate level of care and provide referrals as needed to make sure you have the support you need.
I am connected with other providers in the area and value maintaining those connections.

I believe that group work can be an invaluable part of one's recovery as it focuses on building community and providing a safe space to feel seen and validated. Groups may include topics such as body image, general eating disorder support groups, and meal time support groups. Groups may also involve being outside, connecting with nature and your body through somatic practices. Groups will be offered throughout the year and the cost per group session will be $25/group session. Information about active groups will be available on my website.

Although I do not bill insurance, I can provide you with a superbill after your session. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company to request reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
I recommend contacting your insurance company and asking what your benefits are for out of network therapy services.
You can provide your insurance company with the CPT codes used as well to check on reimbursement amounts (90791-therapy intake, 90837-individual sessions and 90847 for support sessions.)

A superbill is a receipt for therapy services that you can submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. Your insurance company may reimburse you for part of the cost, depending on your plan. Superbills will be provided monthly.
